The Velocidade manufacturing workshop is located in Mirepoix in Ariège in the Occitan region. All cuts, shapes and stitching are carried out in our workshop.

We do not have a physical store, but if you let us know in advance that you would like to visit us, we will be happy to arrange an appointment with you.

Each Velocidade piece is unique: since July 2024 all pieces are dated and signed by their craftsman. To learn all about the manufacturing of our products click here .

How should I wash or clean my saddlebags?
After Each Ride (in case of dirt) clean your panniers with a soft sponge and lukewarm water. Add a small amount of mild soap if necessary. This effectively removes dirt without damaging the materials.
If your bags are very dirty, you can machine wash them: set them at 30°C on a gentle cycle and use a low spin speed to preserve the seams and zippers and not alter the materials. Avoid abrasive products or fabric softeners.

Yes! Our production capacity does not allow us to have all the products in stock on our site, but if you are interested in an item but your size or color choice is no longer in stock, we invite you to select the "Pre-order" option, and we will manufacture it for you within a manufacturing time of 5 to 10 days.

Free shipping applies to orders over €150.
How can I track my order?
How can I track my order?
Once your order has left our workshop, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to follow the order until it arrives at your home.
Repairs
How to request a repair?
How to request a repair?
Send us an email with the repairs needed (with pictures) via our contact form and we will review your request. If we can repair your item, you will be given shipping instructions to send your equipment to our workshop. Unfortunately sometimes severe wear and tear can be irreparable.
How do I return my item for repair?

Once your repair request is accepted, you will receive shipping instructions via email.
Wash your item and carefully mark the areas to be repaired with masking tape, or any other adhesive tape that does not leave a sticky residue that could damage your item.
What are the costs and how long does it take?
What are the costs and how long does it take?
Our repair service is mostly free or we try everything to find the most efficient solution to reduce the working time needed for the repair. If it ever turns out to be quite complex we ask for a contribution of 30 € to cover the working time and the material needed for the repair.
Once your item is received at our workshop, we will repair it within 2-4 weeks. Delays may occur during holidays and busier months (May-July).
